Louise Lombard (born Louise Marie Perkins; 13 September 1970), is an English actress. She is best known for her roles as Evangeline Eliot in the BBC drama series The House of Eliot (1991–94) and as Sophia Curtis in the CBS drama series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2004–11).

Early life and education
Lombard was born in Redbridge, London, England, the fifth of seven children.
Lombard began taking drama lessons at the age of eight. [3] He attended Trinity Catholic High School, a Roman Catholic school, where he earned nine O levels. Lombard studied English Literature at the University of Cambridge
Career
Lombard is best known for playing Evangeline Eliot in the 1990s television drama The House of Eliot. His first big break was in the hit series Chancer, after which Lombard went on to star in the television dramas Bodyguards and Metropolis and in several films including Gold in the Streets, My Kingdom and After the Rain.
In 1994, she was named one of People Magazine’s 50 Most Beautiful People in the World. From 1998 to 2000, Lombard took a career break to study English literature at Cambridge.
