Rajasthan Royals has a total of six co-owners. They are Ameesha Hathiramani from Tresco International Limited, Manoj Badale from Emerging Media (IPL) Limited, Lachlan Murdoch from Blue Water Estate Limited, Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty from Cookie Investments Limited, and Shane Warne from Spinners.

The second Ahmedabad-based franchise was sold to CVC Capital Partners, a British private equity and investment advisory firm. He named his team Gujarat Titans.
CVC Capital Partners has never owned a franchise in IPL before. He bought the team of Gujarat Titans for Rs 5,625 crore.
We can expect almost no change in ownership of IPL teams before 2023 and here is why. There will be one new franchisee in Rajkot owned by Gujarat’s Chief Minister, Vijay Rupani. Chiranjeevi will also enter into cricket with a new franchisee in Hyderabad that his sons Prabhas and Ram Charan along with Akkineni Nagarjuna will own.
