Early life

Born in Palo Alto, California, post scientist Richard F. Post and Marylee Post, a poet. The second of the couple’s three children, she and her two siblings were raised in Stanford and Walnut Creek, and attended Las Lomas High School, where she was a She was a cheerleader. Career

Prior to acting, Post worked in several game shows. He began his career with the production crew of the Tom Kennedy version of Split Second.
