Krithi Shetty was born on 21 September 2003 in Mumbai in a Tulu family of Mangaluru, Karnataka. His father is a businessman while his mother is a fashion designer. He has two siblings, a brother, and a sister. She can speak her mother tongue Tulu, Telugu, Hindi, English, understands Kannada, and is learning Tamil. She was raised in Mumbai and by February 2021 she was studying psychology. During his studies, he worked in commercial commercials.

Career
After a brief appearance in the Hindi film Super 30, Krithi Shetty made her debut at the age of 17 in the Telugu film Uppena directed by Buchi Babu Sana and produced by Maithri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings.
